Dysgwr y Flwyddyn: Dysgwr sydd wedi gweithio\u2019n galed i gyflawni neu symud tuag at gymhwyster gyda Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs. Efallai y byddai hyn wedi golygu cefnogi cymheiriaid, cymryd rhan dda mewn sesiynau, gwneud y gorau o\u2019r profiad dysgu, neu goresgyn heriau ag angerdd a phenderfynaid.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Isid y mae\u2019r enwebiadau, a wnaed yn ddienw, ar gyfer y Dysgwyr sydd ar y rhestr fer.<\/p>\n

Roedd Dysgwr 1<\/strong> yn bleser i\u2019w chael yn fy sesiynau. Roedd hi bob amser yn barod i gymryd rhan a byddai’n cyfrannu pryd bynnag y gofynnwyd iddi. Mae ganddi angerdd naturiol dros Waith Chwarae ac mae wedi gweithio’n galed i sicrhau bod gan bob aelod o\u2019i th\u00eem ryw fath o gymhwyster mewn Gwaith Chwarae. Rhoddodd gyfle iddynt fynychu hyfforddiant ac roedd bob amser wrth law i’w hannog a rhoi cymorth iddynt gwblhau eu cymhwyster.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Mae Dysgwr 2<\/strong> bob amser yn mynd gam ymhellach yn achos pob un o\u2019i staff, gan sicrhau bod ganddynt y sgiliau a\u2019r offer i gyflawni eu r\u00f4l fel gweithwyr chwarae. Cwblhaodd ei ATPW a symud ymlaen i Lefel 5. Mae Dysgwr 2<\/strong> wedi cofleidio Lefel 5 ac wedi dod yn wirioneddol angerddol dros chwarae a Gwaith Chwarae. Y mae wedi mabwysiadu\u2019r holl sgiliau a ddysgodd \u00a0o\u2019r cyrsiau ar-lein ac o gwblhau pob aseiniad, ac mae hyn yn amlwg yn ei lleoliad. Mae hi bellach yn cefnogi ei staff i fod yn hyderus, ac yn \u00a0darparu cyfleoedd chwarae sy\u2019n cynnwys risg ar gyfer y plant.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Mae cyflogwr Dysgwr 3<\/strong> wedi dweud sut mae hi wedi datblygu\u2019r clwb ers cwblhau\u2019r cwrs Lefel 5. Rwyf wedi gweld sut mae ei hyder a\u2019i gwybodaeth wedi cynyddu a sut mae\u2019n creu man chwarae anhygoel gyda\u2019r plant i chwarae. Mae ei hangerdd dros chwarae\u2019n yn dangos yn y cyfleoedd chwarae y mae’n eu darparu. Roedd yr adborth yr oeddem yn ei gael gan y plant yn dangos sut mae hi wedi meithrin perthynas \u00e2 nhw a pha mor hwyliog y mae hi bob amser yn y clwb. Mae hi bob amser yn ymdrechu i wella ac mae bob amser yn cynnwys y plant ym mhenderfyniadau’r clwb. Ym mhob peth, Gweithiwr Chwarae a Rheolwr anhygoel!!<\/p>\n

Mae Dysgwr 4<\/strong> wedi cymryd perchnogaeth lwyr dros ei dysgu ac mae ar y blaen o ran ei chyflawniad. Mae\u2019r gwaith y mae hi wedi\u2019i gyflwyno hefyd o safon eithriadol o uchel ac yn dangos gwybodaeth ardderchog am chwarae, Gwaith Chwarae a\u2019r sector. Mae ymchwil annibynnol yn glir drwy gydol ei gwaith ac mae hefyd wedi cysylltu \u00e2\u2019i hymarfer gwaith chwarae ei hun, wedi adfyfyrio ar sefyllfaoedd ac wedi cysylltu \u00e2\u2019i gwaith i ddangos eto\u2019n glir ei dealltwriaeth. Gwych gweld dysgwr mor angerddol, cydwybodol a llawn cymhelliant yn ymgysylltu \u00e2’r cymhwyster.<\/p>\n
