Yr haf hwn, bydd Cynnig Gofal Plant Cymru yn cynnal eu harolwg blynyddol o ddarparwyr gofal plant a rhieni yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n

Eleni, bydd yr arolwg yn cael ei ryddhau ychydig yn gynt nag arfer a bydd yn cynnwys adran sy’n canolbwyntio ar ffioedd atodol, taliadau ychwanegol a thaliadau gorfodol.<\/p>\n

Ffioedd atodol:<\/strong> Pan fydd rhiant yn cael gwybod gan eu lleoliad nad ydynt yn derbyn digon o arian i ddarparu’r Cynnig Gofal Plant, a gofynnir i’r rhiant gyfrannu at y t\u00e2l fesul awr trwy ffi atodol.<\/p>\n

Taliadau ychwanegol<\/strong> Pan fydd rhiant yn destun taliadau ychwanegol nad ydynt wedi’u nodi fel rhai a ganiateir yn y canllawiau polisi.<\/p>\n

Taliadau gorfodol:<\/strong> Pan fydd rhiant sy’n dymuno manteisio ar eu hawl gofal plant yn cael ei orfodi i dalu gofal plant heb ei ariannu ar ddechrau, canol neu ddiwedd y sesiwn. Rydym wedi clywed nad yw rhieni yn cael unrhyw ddewis yn y model codi t\u00e2l hwn.<\/p>\n

Bu cynnydd mewn gohebiaeth, sy’n awgrymu bod yr arferion hyn yn dod yn fwy cyffredin sy\u2019n golygu bod y canllawiau presennol yn cael eu cymhwyso\u2019n anghyson ar draws Cymru. Dylai rhieni sy’n gwneud cais am y Cynnig ddisgwyl yn rhesymol cael mynediad at eu horiau craidd a ariennir heb ffioedd atodol neu daliadau ychwanegol\/ gorfodol. Rydym yn disgwyl i rieni a’r lleoliadau gael deialog agored a bod y ddwy ochr yn deall pa ffioedd a allai fod yn berthnasol, gan ganiat\u00e1u i rieni wneud dewisiadau gwybodus am ofal plant.<\/p>\n

Bydd yr arolwg yn gofyn sawl cwestiwn i leoliadau a rhieni er mwyn gweld ble yng Nghymru y mae’r arferion hyn yn digwydd ac a oes unrhyw dueddiadau o ran ardaloedd daearyddol, math o leoliad neu faint y lleoliad. Bydd yr wybodaeth a gesglir drwy\u2019r gwaith hwn yn ein helpu i ddeall yn well yr effaith ar rieni a darparwyr ac yn llywio penderfyniadau polisi yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n

Er y bydd yr arolwg yn ceisio barn lleoliadau a rhieni, byddwn hefyd yn ymgysylltu ag awdurdodau lleol fel ein partneriaid gweithredu er mwyn llunio darlun Cymru gyfan o\u2019r sefyllfa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
