Meet Tracy

Tracy Thornton has worked in a variety of charity and private childcare settings in England and Wales for the past 27 years.

“I quickly developed a passion for ALN/SEN and enjoyed celebrating the small steps achieved and the difference they made to themselves, the setting, and their families. I’ve since extended my knowledge by completing various courses in Teacch, Makaton, PECS and intensive interactions, and for my current role, I did a placement in a specialist school to gain valuable experience with secondary students with Autism to best support them while attending our holiday club.”
