Neath Port Talbot Early Years and Flying Start Team,

in partnership with St. Joesph’s Catholic Infant School is excited to seek expressions of interest from an experienced childcare provider to rent a shared furnished nursery/childcare room within the school, to provide high quality Childcare.

The childcare room can be registered for approx. 20 2-3 year old’s, will be available every afternoon for sole use, detailed rent costs payable as an affordable rent agreement with the diocese can be disclosed on request.

The successful childcare provider will be expected to:

• Provide high quality Childcare
• Be registered with or able to register with CIW
• Provide Childcare Offer places and Flying Start places
• Support children with ALN successfully
• Work closely with the school and Governors, within the ethos of the Catholic school
• Provide seamless transition into the school nursery
• Provide a range of childcare sessions, including wrap around, afterschool, and holiday provision
• Be committed to start delivery ASAP

We are looking for providers who can demonstrate having:

• Experience of running similar childcare provisions
• A satisfactory or above CIW inspection report(s)
• Sound financial accounts
• An ethos of providing quality, accessible and affordable childcare
• A strong and effective management structure
• Be able to demonstrate an affinity for the Catholic ethos of the school
• Commitment to partnership working to develop community focused childcare
