CYMell has reached an exciting milestone, celebrating four years of supporting the growth of Welsh-medium Out of School Childcare across Wales. A new impact report highlights the difference dedicated funding has made in helping settings open, expand and register, while strengthening opportunities for children and families. 

Since the project began, 91 new Welsh-medium clubs have opened, 57 settings have registered or expanded and 70 CIW registration grants have been awarded. The project has also supported 265 playwork qualifications, paid 240 learner bursaries and enrolled 115 clubs in the Welsh Promise.
