Community Foundation Wales 

New Grant Hub is now live – find out how you can apply for the Fund for Wales Grant available to grassroots organisations and charities.  

Fund for Wales is now open to applications from small, local, community led constituted charities and voluntary organisations with an annual income of less than £100,000.

Grants of up to £2,500 per year, for 3 years, are available for groups who can evidence how their work meets at least one of the following fund themes:

– Improving people’s chances in life,

– Building stronger communities,

– Improving rural and urban environments,

– Encouraging healthier and more active people and communities,

– Preserving heritage and culture
