Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs: Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) Registration Grant (£1000)
Funding for the above grant scheme is now available from Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs with funding from Welsh Government from April 2024 through to March 2025.
The grant will support Welsh / bilingual settings with the costs associated with submitting a CIW registration application and gain registration, it will also support the expansion of existing cylchoedd provision to offer out of school childcare for children up to the age of 12.

We can confirm the online application forms for both the Business Development Grant & Business Feasibility Grant are live on the BCBC website and open for applicants to apply. Please find attached a UK Government Shared Prosperity Client Referral form which we would be grateful if you could complete and mail back to us. The UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund is part of the Levelling Up support. Please see the following link:

Before you start the online process, please ensure you meet the required eligibility criteria as follows:
- Sole traders, Partnerships, Limited Companies, Co-operatives and Limited Liability Partnerships, Registered Social Enterprise or Charity are eligible to apply.
- Has an operating turnover in last 3 years above the VAT threshold (£90,000)
- An established business that has been trading more than 3 years
- Bridgend County Borough business address
- An SME (less than 250 employees and an annual turnover under €50 million)
