- Breakfast gathering: provide a healthy breakfast or encourage staff to bring their own
- Staff Fun Facts Quiz
- Fundraise for a chosen charity together
- Wellbeing Champions
- Walk and Talk meetings – maybe as part of your next supervision?
- Book a fitness class or retreat together
- Wellbeing and Health resources: flyers, posters, staff book collection
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD): short courses available online on topics such as mindfulness
- Gratitude Wall
