In line with last weeks Clwb Hwb on Supporting Mindfulness and Wellbeing in your Out of School Childcare Club. This weeks Policy of the Week focuses on Supporting Adolescents.

A range of topics are covered- mental health and self harming behaviours, risk taking, sexual behaviours, sexual maturation,menstruation and identity.

It is important that as a club you recognise that when supporting adolescents (typically aged 10 and above) there can be additional considerations involved in supporting their health and wellbeing.
