We are delighted to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place at the Metropole Hotel & Spa, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 5DY. This will take place on:

Tuesday 24 November 2026 | 10:30am – 12:30am

Join us for a review of the last financial year and to use your membership voting rights.

If you are unable to come, please exercise your right to vote by completing an online proxy vote. This allows someone (the Chairperson or a member of staff) to vote on your behalf. In order for our AGM to be quorate, we need at least 10% of our members to vote, so please help us meet our legal obligations by voting here.
