To ensure you are supporting your employees who maybe from a wide range of religious and non-religious backgrounds. Learn and become more aware of your team.  Encouraging greater awareness and understanding of your team and their values or celebrations can be rewarding for the employeer, as well as the employee, supporting staff retention and in terms of team building. Clarifying one another’s belief, values and important personal elements will enable you to reduce the chance of misunderstanding resulting in complaints or disciplinary action.
