We are looking to appoint a Manager who can arrange their hours to support staff in both Little Miners (11.30am-3.00pm) and After-School Club (3.00-5.00/6.00pm) at least once each week. Overtime may be available, subject to approval by the Chair of the Committee.

Salary: £15.50 per hour

Qualifications / experience required:

Level 3 Children’s Care, Play, Learning and Development or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a childcare setting.

Desirable qualifications:

• Level 5 Leadership and Management of Children’s Care, Play Learning and Development or equivalent (or commitment to work towards as part of the role).
• Level 3 Playwork, Emergency Paediatric First Aid, Group C Safeguarding.

Description of duties: Children are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a Manager who will lead our provision by building meaningful relationships with staff, families and the management committee. Our ideal staff will be passionate about shaping and implementing the vision for the setting.
