We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Moondance Foundation for their generous contribution that enables us to offer membership to you without any fees. We appreciate their continued support in helping us achieve our mission.

What do you need to do?

Step 1: Log in to your portal using your existing credentials, if you are unsure of your login details please get in touch here.

Step 2: Once logged into the portal, visit your home page and check/update any details.

Step 3: There are additional fields now added to your portal, please complete your information for:

1. Which schools do you collect from?
2. Do you offer Tax Free childcare?
3. Do you offer the Childcare Offer?

You will receive your 2026-27 membership certificate via email within 5 days.

We also have funding available for Out of School Childcare Club members between 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 who are registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

This funding available within our Moondance Foundation Project will enable Out of School Childcare Clubs to provide funded places for Children who would not usually be able to access places. Providing opportunities for Children who would benefit from play experiences outside of the school day, supporting social engagement and mental wellbeing.
