With funding from the Welsh Government, Adoption UK Cymru has developed free training for staff in Early Years, Primary or Secondary schools and settings.

In a three-hour session, you will explore why adopted and care experienced learners may have challenges in regulating their behaviour. You will find out about therapeutic and relational approaches used by adoptive parents and carers and how they can be adapted to setting situations. There will be

opportunities to discuss the theory behind this and to share experiences with other practitioners.
