How can Out of School Childcare Clubs support the Child’s Right to be kept safe?

  • Empower Children within the Club to understand these Rights. Raising awareness around bullying, protecting themselves online and through organisations such as the NSPCC. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and each Child’s Right to be safe in all spaces of their life.
  • Ensure all Safeguarding practice is upheld within your Club through Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs Safeguarding Health Check. Contact info@clybiauplantcymru.org
  • Support and signpost Children & Young People, Parents & Carers, Professionals to the Children’s Commissioner for Wales Website.
