How can Out of School Childcare Clubs support the Child’s Right to be kept safe?

Empower Children within the Club to understand these Rights. Raising awareness around bullying, protecting themselves online and through organisations such as the NSPCC. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and each Child’s Right to be safe in all spaces of their life.

Support and signpost Children & Young People, Parents & Carers, Professionals to the Children’s Commissioner for Wales Website. Their advice team can support all Children and young people who live in Wales up to the age of 18 or care-experienced, then they can support until age 21, or until 25 if in full time education.
