If you are contacting and communicating with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) it is important to ensure you can access or share your information in a timely manner. 

Emailing directly to inspectors may not be the most effective method, due to the nature of their role.  This could impact a delay in any response.   

Please ensure that all communication is through the main mailbox this will be particularly important if the response is time sensitive, your email will be shared with the most appropriate person available if your query is urgent. If you would like to contact an individual person, please use FAO (for the attention of eg Inspector’s name)
