SASS 2026 is now open – complete your Self-Assessment of Service Statement

The Self-Assessment of Service Statement (SASS) 2026 is now open.

All registered childminders, childcare and play providers in Wales who registered before 31 December 2025 must complete their SASS by 27 March 2026.

How to complete your SASS:

  • Log into your CIW Online account
  • Complete the SASS form
  • Submit before 27 March 2026
