Nominate a School for International Day of Play
We’re excited to invite you to take part in something special for this year’s International Day of Play!
Following the success of our playground takeovers over the past two years, we are delighted to be bringing them back for a third year – and we would love your help.
On Thursday 11th June, we will be delivering three Playground Takeovers at selected schools across Wales. These takeovers are all about celebrating the power of play, giving children the opportunity to enjoy an afternoon of freely chosen play using a wide range of loose parts and creative resources.
This is where you come in…
We are asking members from the Out of School Club sector to nominate a school that you feel would benefit from and deserve a Playground Takeover.
Whether it’s a school you work closely with, one in your local community, or one that would really value the opportunity to enhance play experiences – this is your chance to make a difference.
What selected schools can expect:
- A playground takeover led by our team
- A variety of loose parts and play opportunities
- A focus on fun, creativity, and most importantly play
How to get involved:
Simply submit your nomination on the form linked below and tell us why your chosen school deserves to be selected.
Don’t wait – nominations are open now!
We are looking forward to hearing from you and working together to make this year’s International Day of Play bigger and better than ever.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
