Hours: 25 hours per week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, during term time and holidays, after school, evenings and weekends 

Salary: £13.63 per hour 

Qualifications / experience required:  

• No previous experience is required for this role; however, a level 2 play qualification is desirable.  

• You must be over 18. 

Description of duties: 

• The post hours are Monday to Saturday 

• Your role will be to support additional needs children aged 4 -11 to access play provision 

• The post requires successful applicants to undergo a minimum of level 2 Playwork training, as well as safeguarding level B, PMB training and paediatric first aid training as a minimum. 

• As a Playworker you will take part in set up, close down, cleaning, personal care 

• During school holidays you will also be required to assist with lunch time support where necessary.
