The Welsh Government’s Parent Survey for the 2027 Childcare Sufficiency Assessment (CSA) is now open. The survey aims to gather valuable feedback on childcare experiences and needs across Wales. 

Parents and carers of children aged 0 to 17 are invited to share their views on topics including: 

• Availability and accessibility of childcare 

• Childcare costs and affordability 

• Funded childcare and childcare support 

• Welsh-medium childcare 

• Childcare for children with additional needs 

• Future childcare requirements 

The feedback collected will help Welsh Government and local authorities understand local childcare needs and plan future services and support.
