On September 17th, we enjoyed a brilliant lunchtime event at the Senedd, celebrating the Cwlwm partnership and the childcare, early years and playwork sector.  Presentations, an expert panel, stalls, networking and conversations on future collaboration were livened up with an autumn themed loose parts play area in the historic and formal Pierhead Building. 

We were delighted to welcome children and staff from Cymer Ofal, a nearby Welsh-medium After School Club, alongside representatives from across the sector. A special thank you to Rebecca, whose passionate and insightful contribution to the expert panel powerfully championed the importance of play, playwork, Welsh-language provision and Out of School Childcare Clubs. The children and staff were a real credit to the club and helped create a warm, lively atmosphere.
