Swansea Funding Available: ALN Holiday Childcare Support

The pilot is designed to help eligible school aged children and families access suitable childcare and play provision during the school holidays, by enabling CIW registered Childcare Clubs to employ and pay for an extra Playworker to support the child. Guidance is available and provides a clear route for referrals, eligibility and information for providers, schools, partners and professionals who may be supporting families. It also includes decision timescales, key contacts and further support available from the project team.

Please take time to read the guidance and share it with colleagues or families who may benefit from the pilot.
