Policy of The Week: Flexible Working Policy

Do you have a Flexible Working Policy or would you consider having one?

This flexible working policy gives eligible employees an opportunity to request a change to their working pattern which will be duly considered by the Club.

Forms of flexible working

Flexible working can incorporate a number of changes to working arrangements:

  • Reduction or variation of working hours;
  • Reduction or variation of the days worked each week; and/or;
  • Working from a different location (for example, from home).

Staff may request this due to a number of reasons e.g change of personal circumstances, illness, wellbeing concerns etc.
