When recruiting staff it is important to remember young workers employment rights.  You can get further information on employment rights through ACAS. however to support the Out of School Childcare Sector we have developed the Young Workers policy and guidance template for you to adapt to your individual Club. Ensure you have a policy in place to safeguard you, your club and your employee.
