By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Identify practical ways to overcome barriers to using Welsh within a childcare setting.
- Explain the principles and purpose of the Active Offer in early years and childcare practice.
- Explore a range of Welsh language play resources to support children’s learning and development.
- Apply practical ideas for incorporating Welsh into day-to-day routines and interactions.
- Develop confidence in using simple Welsh language skills within their setting.
- Access and use a variety of ideas, tools, and resources to support ongoing Welsh language practice.
- Understand the benefits and opportunities available through the free Welsh language Camau courses.
