Fundraising for Tŷ Hafan
Each year Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs’ staff nominate a charity close to our hearts to support through fundraising and raising awareness. Last year we supported Parkinson’s UK by holding raffles, swap shops, sponsored pledges and money raising walks which raised over £1,500.00.
This year our nominated charity is Tŷ Hafan .
