How many things make you, you? 

Create a large flower with a petal for each child in your club. Ask each child to decorate or write something on their petal that makes them unique or special. 

It could be: 

• A language they speak 

• Something they love doing 

• Their favourite food 

• A family tradition 

• Somewhere special to them 

• Something they are really good at 

• A person who is important to them 

• Something they are proud of 

Bring all the petals together to create one big Diversity Flower for your club. 

Extension: Talk about how all the petals are different, but they all belong to the same flower – just like everyone in your club can be different while still being part of the same community.
